Mr Nandan Kumar Pandey
Manager (Department In-Charge)– Finance & Accounts
Nandan brings over a decade of experience in the financial and MFI ecosystem, having worked with organisations such as Saija, Elevate BPO, Sriram, and, most recently, Satya. With strong expertise in accounting systems, compliance frameworks, and financial controls, he brings valuable insight into maintaining transparency, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
Known for his structured approach, reliability, and deep understanding of finance functions, Nandan will play a key role in strengthening our financial governance.
Mr. Kishan Kumar
Manager (Department In-Charge) – IT, MIS and AI Integration
Kishan comes with over a decade of experience in IT, MIS, and AI-driven solutions. With strong expertise in information systems, data analytics, process automation, and AI integration, he brings valuable insight into maintaining data accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Known for his structured approach, reliability, and deep understanding of technology functions, Kishan will play a key role in strengthening our digital governance.
Mr. Vikas Kumar
Zonal Manager
A key leadership position responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and organisational expansion across assigned geographies. With over 10 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector, Mr. Kumar brings extensive expertise in business operations, team management, portfolio development, and field execution.
In his role as Zonal Manager, he will oversee multiple hubs and clusters, ensuring strong operational controls, portfolio quality, customer-centric growth, and adherence to organisational standards. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening Divishaa’s presence across Bihar and supporting the company’s long-term expansion strategy.
Mr Kumar is recognised for his hands-on leadership style, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to build high-performing teams. His deep understanding of grassroots operations, combined with strategic business acumen, positions him as a valuable addition to Divishaa Finance’s leadership team.
Mr. Rahul Kumar
Hub Manager-Business & Operations Excellence and Quality Control Officer
The role is a specially designed leadership position at Divishaa.
Mr Kumar has been entrusted with this responsibility are expected to go beyond conventional supervision and serve as a Leader, Mentor and Trainer—facilitating the smooth execution of SOPs on the ground while strengthening business performance, operational excellence and quality assurance across the Hub and its Spokes.
